#TakingDebaugh | Gina & Douglas
Congratulations to Gina & Douglas who were married at Keswick Vineyards on Saturday, September 16, 2017. Once again, Mother Nature provided us with a gorgeous day laying the perfect backdrop for this Virginia vineyard wedding.
This couple went all out on making sure their guests would be in awe throughout the entire wedding. To start off they had champagne at their pre-ceremony refreshment stand while a quartet played in the background. Guests enjoyed that time to mingle amongst one another while enjoying the breathtaking mountain and vineyard views Keswick Vineyards has to offer. As guests found their seat they noticed that Gina & Douglas had hired a live painter to create a canvas oil painting of their ceremony. Gina was then escorted down the aisle by her Mother and Father.
After the ceremony guests went to cocktail hour where they immediately saw the hard work Gina’s father had done by creating these large ivory boards that had table assignments displayed on them. He made two of them so they framed the entrance to the reception tent. Once again, Gina had an eye for detail and hung garland and drapery at the main entrance of the sailcloth Sperry tent just to set the stage for the rest of the evening. She also had jazz guitarist Peter Richardson to entertain guests during cocktail hour.
Once under the tent guests couldn’t help but notice the large greenery chandelier hanging over the dance floor with little bulb lights hanging down from it. It was definitely the focal point while everyone enjoyed the delicious plated dinner prepared by Harvest Moon. Afterwards there was cake and dancing until it was finally time to send the couple off with a sparkler departure.

That's Amore! | Arnita & Matthieu
Love was definitely in the air for these two coming all the way from France to have their Virginia vineyard wedding at Keswick Vineyards on July 7th, 2017. Arnita has to be my most energized bride I have ever had. She was so much fun to work with! As you can see, from the beginning of her wedding day with her bridesmaids, having a good time was what it was all about.
How cute was their first look? It played out like Romeo and Juliet! Matthieu was up on a balcony to turn to see his beautiful bride below. How creative was that? Speaking of being creative, Arnita refurbished her mother’s veil into her wedding gown. I just love when couples are able to do things like that. I think Arnita’s Mom had just as much fun at her daughter's wedding as Arnita did. She just had to get in every photo. It was evident how close of a relationship these two share.
Again, you can see from the photos how excited Matthieu and Arnita were when they exited their ceremony. They were definitely “gettin' down”! Their entire wedding was like that from start to finish. Just tons of happiness, joy and celebration!
Of course, when you live in France, who better to have cater your wedding than l’étoile Catering. Their service and flavor of food was top notch. I look forward to having them back

#FerissaForever | Larissa & Fern
9 years together and a year and a half of planning lead us to Larissa and Fern’s wedding on Saturday, May 27th. This couple was full of life, full of joy, and most importantly full of love. Throughout the planning process the couple and Keswick continued to develop a closer relationship. They’re the type of people whose energy is contagious, so it’s hard not to fall in love with them! They radiated even more of this energy on their wedding day and we were so thankful to have celebrated with them!
Celebration was certainly the right word for them. This group was ready from the moment they stepped onto the property and the fun continued well into the night! The vineyard was the focus of their ceremony and it could not have been any more perfect. In true “Fern fashion” he decided to set the tone off right and lead him and his groomsmen down the aisle for a grand entrance! The music was changed, the guys were signaled, and they strut down that aisle and made quite the impression!
There were more surprises throughout the night. This group was full of them. After a beautiful cocktail hour, they were ready for reception. Dinner was served. Guests ate and were merry. But, what’s a party without an opening act? When the couple was ready for their first dance they took their places on the dance floor. They started with their traditional slow first dance song and midway switched into what quickly became the theme song of the night… Despecito! Fern and Larissa surprised the crowd with a choreographed dance to everyone’s favorite song. They ended with Fern spinning her around for one final twirl and then they invited everyone on the dance floor to continue the fun!
Sweet Frog made an appearance at the end of the night with their soft serve frozen yogurt truck and left our #ferissaforever party on the sweetest note.
