A Charitable Couple | Kristen & James
Keswick Vineyards, yet again, had another perfect wedding day! Kristen and James, who got married at Keswick Vineyards on August 25th, 2018, had another beautiful day with flawless weather. With their very natural color theme of greens, whites, and gold that they had, everything seemed so natural and timeless.
Kristen and James’ guest table were so simple, yet elegant with the hints of whites and greens with their floral arrangements. Our particularly favorite piece on the guest table, though, was the canvas that they had as their guest book. On it were the states of Virginia and New Hampshire, which was representative of where the couple was originally from. We thought that was a great way to incorporate a little piece of “home” that the couple could use to decorate their house together.
The most meaningful part of the day, though, was what the couple did for a charitable cause. Rather than providing gifts for everyone, they donated a portion of money to an organization for cancer patients, being that their family was affected by this tragedy. It was so heartwarming to hear what they had done, and everyone greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness.
Congratulations to the happy couple! We hope that your life continues to be filled with as much love and compassion that you portrayed to your guests during your wedding.

A Fancy Affair | Kenica & Bryon
Kenica and Bryon’s wedding on August 24, 2018 at Keswick Vineyards couldn’t have been any more perfect. For an August day, the weather was absolutely stunning with no humidity, 80-degree weather, and an ever so slight breeze. We were questioning whether Kenica and Bryon’s wedding could get much better than that—and it did!
They completely transformed our Sperry tent with their various additions. Over the dance floor, they hung floral orbs, provided and arranged by Tourterelle. Kenica told us that she wanted something different than a chandelier over the dance floor, so when she heard of this idea, she had to have it done. In addition to the bistro lights, the tent looked absolutely magnificent.
Kenica and Bryon’s color scheme was “jeweled tones,” which they included throughout their wedding. They incorporated the jeweled tones by adding vintage furniture, which were in emerald, blue, and maroon tones. We couldn’t be more in love with the transformation of the tent into Kenica and Bryon’s picture-perfect wedding. The tent can really be transformed into whatever a couple makes it, which was particularly reflected through this wedding.
The last little detail that we loved was the blue and white pottery that florals were placed in throughout the wedding. Along with the jeweled tones of the floral arrangements, the wedding seemed extremely elegant and was, by far, one of my favorite weddings that I’ve seen this year. It was completely different from most wedding themes that you see nowadays!
Congratulations to Kenica and Bryon! We hope that you enjoy your honeymoon in Europe!

Rustic Chic | Nikki & Josh
Many trends come and go, just within a matter of months, but the “rustic” trend is one that we see so often and seems to be timeless. Nikki and Josh’s wedding at Keswick Vineyards on August 18, 2018 was exactly that. They had a unique eye for making their wedding have that “barn-like” and vineyard wedding feel.
Nikki and Josh used various pieces of wood to create signs that were used throughout their wedding. My personal favorite sign was a “I’ll be your glass of wine, you’ll be my shot of whiskey,” sign that was placed on the bar, as well as, a sign stating the dates of their love story. How cute!
In addition to all of the signs that Nikki and Josh used, they also had a mason jar frame, where guests could sign wooden hearts to place within it. Typically, you see a simple frame for guests to drop hearts into, but this was such a great idea, that, again, added to the whole rustic theme of their wedding. Not only did the sign seem rustic, but the backing of it was also lavender, which composed their color scheme.
As guests transitioned from the dreamy ceremony that was placed directly in front of our beautiful fountain location, a table with mason jars awaited them prior to entering into cocktail hour. On each mason jar, which read, “Eat, Drink, and Be Married,” guests found their name and table number to determine where they would be seated. After all, what is a rustic wedding without mason jars?
Nikki was clearly creative in all of her wedding ideas, but the icing on the cake was the centerpieces that she created. She took hours to tie yarn around wine bottles in order to create her three wine bottle centerpieces with florals that reflected her color scheme. I don’t think that we’ve seen a wedding this year that has spent that much time in order to create their dream wedding!
Guests were able to enjoy the three-tier naked cake for the remainder of the night and sip on Keswick Vineyards’ award-winning wine while they danced the night away. Nikki and Josh’s wedding could not be more perfect! Congratulations to the happy couple!
