A Paw-fectly Stylish Wedding: Rachael & Shawn’s New York-Inspired Celebration at Keswick Vineyards
On September 7, 2024, Keswick Vineyards witnessed a celebration that was as timeless as it was chic, as Rachael and Shawn tied the knot in perfect weather. Eschewing a traditional wedding party, the couple made a heartfelt statement by having their beloved white German shepherds, Ranger and Bunny, by their side. In a show-stealing moment, Ranger proudly ran down the aisle with the rings tied around his neck, delivering them to his excited mom and dad. The love Rachael and Shawn have for their dogs was undeniable, and many of the family photos captured this bond, with Ranger and Bunny always in the frame.
The entire wedding had an air of sophistication that echoed Rachael and Shawn’s life in New York. Rachael’s gown was a fashion-forward masterpiece, as if it had just stepped off a runway, reflecting her impeccable style. The décor followed suit—guests were greeted at cocktail hour with a stunning circular bar and gold glass bookshelves. Sparkling wine glasses were elegantly displayed, each tagged with a guest's name and table number.
As the reception moved into the Aurora tent, guests still felt connected to the vineyard thanks to the beautifully draped bistro lights intertwined with greenery. To add a dash of vibrancy, the reception tables were adorned with striking orange tapered candles. The ambiance was perfect for the evening’s celebration, which featured an exquisite dinner of Lebanese cuisine—a tribute to the couple’s refined taste.
The love for their dogs didn’t end with the ceremony. In a delightful touch, dog-shaped cookies were among the desserts, keeping Ranger and Bunny a central theme throughout the day. As the night progressed, guests captured memories in a lively photo booth and danced under the stars before Rachael and Shawn made their grand exit through a tunnel of sparklers—an unforgettable ending to a remarkable day.
This wedding was more than just an event; it was a testament to Rachael and Shawn’s love for each other and their treasured dogs. Every detail, from the runway-worthy attire to the canine-inspired treats, was thoughtfully planned, reflecting the couple’s unique style and deep personal connections.
